The restaurant at the Hotel du Mas*** is open for dinner between 7:15 pm and 9:45 pm (summer) or 9:15 pm (winter). In the summer you can sit outside on the terrace among the pine trees. You will enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine, brimming with local and more exotic flavours. Our culinary specialities include baked cod, trout quenelle pastry with dill sauce, Italian risotto, ham and artichoke crisps, and lamb confit with thyme and rosemary, served with white beans.
